Poll: Should Women Weigh Their Bags Before They Go To The Airport?

dublin-airport

In a recent study carried out by the Dublin Airport Authority (DAA), it was discovered that a large amount of women didn’t bother to check the weight of their bags before they went to the airport.

Even though it’s a relatively quick and easy thing to do that could save time and embarrassment, the majority of women fail to do it. What’s more confusing in the findings of the survey is that women fail to weigh their bags, while instinctively knowing that they have in fact packed far too much.

The study showed that women are now spending huge amounts of time on the terminal floor, routing through their bag and finding things to pack into their boyfriends hand luggage.

The study also found that a majority of men pack less than they need, because they know that their partners will require the extra space for 3 pairs of shoes that aren’t going to be worn and 5 dresses that won’t even be taken out of the suitcase.

So, we want to know your opinion? Should women start to weigh their bags before they leave for the airport so that they won’t embarrass themselves, or their partners, when they get to the check out gate? Let us know:

Should women weigh their bags before they go to the airport to avoid the hassle and embarrasment of repacking everything into another bag?
