An awkward and still slightly hungover 27 year old Ruth Hand is not looking forward to speaking with her boss today, after the company’s xmas party on Friday evening.
Hand took advantage of the company’s free bar on Friday night and became quickly intoxicated after numerous double Jameson’s and coke were consumed in a short period of time.
The intoxication lead to significant changes in her normal behaviour and found her being extremely flirtatious and sexually provocative towards her boss for the entire evening.
Speaking out about the incident, Ruth’s boss said:
I mean we were all just having a great time, then suddenly she appeared to get really drunk, really quickly. She began throwing herself at me, groping me and trying to lure me into the bathrooms for the entire night. It really was completely inappropriate.
Ruth’s boss is married and a mother of 2 young children and has never expressed any form of attraction towards the young fund administrator.
Ruth spent the majority of the weekend in a dressing gown trying to cope with a severe amount of fear and worrying for the safety of her job.
She will be attempting to sit quietly at her desk for the entire day today and avoid eye contact with everyone, until the painful memory of her actions at the xmas party slowly begin to fade from her co-worker’s minds.
